You Should Put a Little TV In Your Kitchen

Watching television while you cook is one of those little things that makes life sweet.

Life is all about finding joy in the little things. The “little thing” that delights me every day is quite literally small: watching the tiny television that sits atop my fridge while I make food. Covered in a film of grease due to its proximity to the stove, my baby kitchen TV is just big enough for my beady myopic eyes to fully absorb what it has to offer as I cook dinner each night. As it turns out, my two favorite things in the world are cooking and watching television, and the combination of the two is so delightful, I must recommend you try it out yourself.

In no particular order, my three most strongly held beliefs are as follows:

1. Healthcare should be free for all Americans.

2. Jeff Bezos should pay more income tax than I do.

3. No kitchen is complete without a stove, an oven, a fridge, and a little TV.

Numbers one and two are pretty self-explanatory. Today, I am here to sell you on number three. Cooking and baking are great on their own, don’t get me wrong, but it’s the 2020s for Christ’s sake, and multitasking is a way of life. I’m a hopeless media addict, just like everyone else, which…
